During the summer of 2011 Lenny was found as a teenage kitten wandering the streets of Wincanton.  He was never reclaimed by his owner.  On arrival at the Branch he developed a tummy bug which took quite a while to clear, but now he is fit and healthy.

Lenny is a large tabby boy with a small white moustache.  He is very energetic and playful, but unfortunately he has the habit of "playing rough".  He does not have a nasty bone in his body; he is just very excitable.  His favourite trick is to roll onto his back exposing his lovely stripey tum, just waiting for an unsuspecting human to stroke him.  However, once a hand goes near he will grab it with his paws and mouth - although he never breaks the skin.  He is also now learning to understand the word "no".  He has been in a pen since the summer of 2011 and is probably extremely bored; just having his various toys to kill!

He would be a wonderful addition to any family who doesn't have young children and who is experienced with cats.  He is a really friendly loving cat who enjoys other cat company and would probably get on with dogs.  An ideal home would be with a family who has plenty of land, or a farm/smallholding where Lenny had plenty of space but where also he would be part of a normal family life.
