Spend And Raise - Mere & Gillingham Branch Cats' Protection

This page outlines the Sponsorship Scheme that the Branch operates, so that if you wish to help us financially, you can do so.

There are 2 schemes in operation.  To request an information leaflet and registration form, or if you have any questions regarding sponsorship, please or phone me on 07921 871421.  Thank you for your kind and generous support.

Pen Sponsorship

Our new pen sponsoring scheme is a great opportunity for people to help support cats that come into the care of the Mere & Gillingham branch of Cats Protection.

The way the scheme works, is that in exchange for an annual payment of £50 (or, if you prefer, a monthly £5 standing order), you will receive a thank you card, and an update every June and every December of the cats that your pen has kept safe in the last 6 months.  In addition, a personalised plaque will be attached to your pen to acknowledge your generosity.

You can organise sponsorship towards a pen as a gift for somebody, or in memory of someone or equally because you would like to help support the cats yourself.

Pregnant Cat Sponsorship

Alternatively to pen sponsorship, if you would like to sponsor a cat short term, you could always sponsor one of our mums-to-be.  In return for a one-off payment of £20, you will be able to choose which of our current pregnant mums you would like to sponsor.  You will receive regular photos and updates of her progress, and once she has had the babies, you will get photos of her new family.
